14:00 - 17:00 hours

Non-South African nationals are required to present a passport at the time of check-in; for South Africans an official government ID is required. If check is requested outside standard hours, a copy / scan of the documents must be submitted ahead of time

Late check-in may be accommodated subject to availability of staff and ample notification.

10:00 - 11:00 hours

Late check-out may be available at some charge if another booking does not conflict.

March 1 to November 30 (Low Season)

• If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

• If cancelled between 14 to 30 days before check-in date: 25% of the total price will be charged.

• If cancelled between 3 to 14 days: before check-in date: 50% of the total price will be charged.

• If cancelled with less than 3 days notice or in case of no-show: the total price will be charged.

• A cancelled reservation is not transferable to a future date

December 1 to February 28/29 (High Season)

• Minimum stay 2 nights

• If cancelled 30 days or more before check-in date: 50% of the reservation will be charged.

• If cancelled up to 14 days before check-in date: 75% of the reservation will be charged.

• If cancelled with less than 3 days notice or in case of no-show: the total price will be charged.

• A cancelled reservation is not transferable to a future date

March 1 to November 30

• 50 percent (50%) of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking

December 1 to February 28/29

• 50 percent (50%) of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining 50 percent (50%) of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior check-in

In case of invalid credit card information: for booking made 30 days in advance email will be sent to inform of invalidity; failure to provide valid credit card information within 24 hours of the email notification, will result in cancellation of the reservation

A security deposit equivalentfor damage and pilferage will be requested at time of check-in. This will be returned upon verification of the room conditions at check-out.
